Where is my data?
Your working household records stay inside Family Vector on your iPhone. Ecopoiesis cannot see or retrieve them. Your Apple device backup may include app data depending on your settings.
Does it sync?
Family Vector v1 has no account or built-in CloudKit synchronization. Restoring an Apple device backup may restore app data, but Family Vector does not provide its own multi-device sync.
How do I make a report?
Open Settings → Pediatrician report, choose a date range, and create the PDF. Review it before choosing Share report and selecting a destination.
How do I delete everything?
Open Settings → Delete All Data and confirm to remove the working household database, the most recently generated temporary report, and any preserved recovery file from the app. PDFs you previously saved or shared outside Family Vector must be deleted separately from each destination.
Can deleted data be recovered?
Family Vector has no developer server or account from which we can restore your records. An Apple-managed device backup may contain an earlier copy, depending on your backup settings.
Does it diagnose illness?
No. The timeline and PDF summarize what the user recorded. They do not identify a disease, determine who infected whom, recommend treatment, or replace professional care.
Before contacting support
For a technical problem, it helps to include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the Family Vector app version;
- what you were trying to do and what happened; and
- a screenshot only after removing or covering names, symptoms, dates of birth, and other private information.
Please do not email household records, symptom histories, birth dates, or PDF reports. Support email is not a secure medical channel, and we do not need that information to troubleshoot most technical problems.
